Screen / Plate Fee – $80

The Screen / Plate Fee ($80) covers the cost of producing one printing plate required for an additional ink color beyond the standard printing setup. Each plate is billed at $80 per plate.

This fee applies to orders above 10,000 units that request a third ink color. Plate fees for the first and second colors are waived.

What This Fee Covers

• One offset printing plate (3rd color).
• $80 per plate.
• Materials and labor required to produce and align the plate.
• Accurate color registration for multi-color printing.

When Is the Screen / Plate Fee Required?

• Orders above 10,000 units.
• Artwork requiring a third ink color.
• Jobs exceeding standard 1–2 color printing.

Re-Orders & Plate Fee Waiver

For re-orders, the Screen / Plate Fee will be waived provided that:

• The artwork remains exactly the same.
• The plate fee was previously paid.
• No changes are made to design, colours, or layout.
