Processing Time

Standard custom orders are processed within 7–10 business days after proof approval. Blank items ship in 1–2 business days. You'll get a notification when your order ships.

*Rush production and expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is for an event, please select your event date at checkout.

Note: If your order is placed into production without notifying us of your event date, we cannot guarantee it will be shipped in time for your event.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SHIP250 Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum order value of $3,000 (before taxes, shipping, and fees) is required to use promo code SHIP250.
  • Promo code SHIP250 provides a $250 shipping credit applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
  • This shipping credit cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • The shipping credit has no cash value and is non-refundable.
  • If shipping charges are less than $250, any unused portion of the credit is forfeited.
  • The shipping credit applies to base shipping charges only and does not apply to accessorial fees, special handling, expedited services, or additional carrier or venue charges.
  • If an order is modified or cancelled and no longer meets the minimum order requirement, the shipping credit may be removed or adjusted.
  • Promo code must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Limit one shipping credit per order.
  • The Cup Store reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

Conventions & Tradeshows

Deliveries to convention centers, tradeshows, expos, or event venues are subject to strict receiving rules and additional fees imposed by the venue and/or courier.

All convention and tradeshow deliveries require completion of a Tradeshow Shipping Fee Waiver Form prior to shipment. This form authorizes The Cup Store to charge any additional courier or venue-imposed fees required to successfully deliver your order.

These fees may include, but are not limited to: material handling fees, advance warehouse delivery charges, marshaling yard fees, scheduled delivery appointments, union labor, storage, waiting time, re-delivery, or address correction fees.

Orders ship once printing is complete and may ship earlier than the estimated ship date. Customers are responsible for confirming acceptable delivery dates and procedures with the event organizer or venue. The Cup Store is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges caused by venue restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or missed receiving windows.

Delivery Issues

We do our best to accommodate event dates by shipping early; however, estimated transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, labor shortages, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only. International customers must provide a freight forwarder.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Vaughan location. Please contact Customer Service for instructions.
