Processing Time

Standard custom orders are processed within 7–15 business days after proof approval. Blank items ship in 1–2 business days. You'll get a notification when your order ships.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is for an event, please select your event date at checkout.

Note: If your order is placed into production without notifying us of your event date, we cannot guarantee it will be shipped in time for your event.

Delivery Issues

We do our best to accommodate event dates by shipping early; however, estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination state.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, labor shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada & the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly and provide a freight forwarder location.

Local Pickup

We only offer free local pickup at our Vaughan location.
