Shipping Policy

TCS ships anywhere US and Canada, international (let’s discuss). When ordering on the US site customers can ship anywhere except Canada…those customers should be sent to the CDN site.

US bound orders ship through a consolidated service on Tuesdays and Fridays. So all the US orders that are ready to ship by Monday at noon will be taken across the border together on Tuesday, and then shipped from Buffalo, NY 14201, to their locations. Shipping cost is calculated from zip 14201.

Shipping “time” will take the UPS estimate and add the number of days till Tuesday (or Friday) and add 1 extra day (to get to Buffalo) to that number.

Blank orders (no customization) will ship out within 48 to 72 hours. Shipping time extra

No weekend pickups or deliveries

No shipping on Canadian or US Statutory holidays. Since our head office is based in Toronto, even US bound orders will not ship on a Canadian holiday (no UPS pickup)

Shipping “time” is in addition to estimated production time in the order calendar.

We want to offer Ground and 3-Day. 3-Day service ships directly from Canada and is calculated on the Canadian account, from Postal Code, M3J 2N1

International shipment are also calculated on the Canadian UPS account, from Postal Code, M3J 2N1

We cannot guarantee any firm date for receiving shipments.

Canadian customers are offered a Pickup option and if they select it there should be no charge for shipping. They will be notified when the order will be ready for pickup. We would like the pickup orders to have to sign an agreement (terms and conditions) that basically states they will pickup within 24-48 hours, not leave the orders indefinitely or else storage fees may apply.
