Screen / Plate Fee – $160

The Screen / Plate Fee ($160) covers the cost of producing two printing plates required for third and fourth ink colors on qualifying print jobs. Each plate is billed at $80 per plate, totaling $160.

This fee applies to orders above 10,000 units that request additional colors beyond the standard first two. Plate fees for the first and second colors are waived.

What This Fee Covers

• Two offset printing plates (3rd and 4th colors).
• $80 per plate × 2 plates.
• Materials and labor required to produce and align the plates.
• Accurate color registration for multi-color printing.

When Is the Screen / Plate Fee Required?

• Orders above 10,000 units.
• Artwork requiring a third and/or fourth ink color.
• Jobs that exceed standard 1–2 color printing.

Re-Orders & Plate Fee Waiver

For re-orders, the Screen / Plate Fee will be waived provided that:

• The artwork remains exactly the same.
• The plate fees were previously paid.
• No changes are made to design, colors, or layout.
